FLOW for Teens

Each week, teenagers 13+ meet at Heartland Estate.  We use horses to help teenagers learn how to communicate, and build self-confidence, leadership, and teamwork.

Future Leaders Of the World helps teenagers prepare for their next journey in life. Employers want employees who are able to interact effectively with others. These skills are also very hard to teach, so employers want to know that job candidates already have the soft skills to be successful.

Teens are encouraged to be creative, and innovative, accept responsibility and be accountable to ultimately overcome barriers and achieve objectives. Through effective communication, participants recognize the value of mutual trust, respect, and personal integrity to help guide them in their everyday life.
