What to expect

Students have a unique opportunity to work with a Certified Life coach and NLP Practitioner who has achieved elite status in her company. She has extracted proven strategies that work in the business world and adapted them into a format that is compatible and enjoyable for youth in order to set them up for success early in life.

Each session will be a conversational and experiential experience that promotes a healthy self-image, positive, supportive relationships, and builds self-confidence

The FLOW Program uses horses to help teenagers learn how to communicate, and build self-confidence, leadership, and teamwork.

Daily activities include a mixture of all the above and are sprinkled with fun anticipation and expectations for the day to be amazing!
