Monday evening @ 6 pm (Begins Jun 6)
Wednesday evening @ 6:30 pm (June 8)
Pre-teens: Ages 9 – 12 years old
Tuesday @ 1:00 pm (Begins June 7, 2022)
Class size is limited; 4-10 students per class
Each class is approximately 90 minutes

- How to manage fear & anxiety
- Time Management techniques
- How to become more confident
- How to make and maintain quality friendships
- How to be a Team Player
- How to set and achieve goals
- Dressing for success
Each FLOW session consists of eight weekly classes. Each class is approximately 90 minutes. You may select your preferred session on the registration page.
Bonus:
Parent Days (TBA)
This will be a special day/time just for parents. Come out and have your own unique experience and leave with a better understanding of how to support your youth and strengthen those relationships that are important in your life.
